Morning Check-In?
How do you view the response data?
There's a button on the teacher dashboard.
Each authorized educator can review current student responses and, where enabled, view response histories, date ranges, and reports for the classroom or group for which that educator has approved access.
A school may separately authorize appropriate personnel to access information from more than one classroom.
Viewing information is not itself a clinical assessment or a determination that a student needs intervention.
By default, you see today's responses. You can also select a range of dates.
Any view of the data can be downloaded to a spreadsheet by clicking a button.
Any downloaded file becomes the responsibility of the school or other authorized recipient. Protect exported reports, limit access, and retain or dispose of them according to school policy and applicable law.
Who uses the response data?
Teachers and other authorized school personnel may use response histories as one source of information when communicating with students or arranging appropriate school support.
Access by counselors, administrators, parents, or other recipients, and any export or disclosure of records, must follow school authorization, applicable student-record requirements, and any controlling district privacy agreement.
Morning Check-In responses are not a substitute for professional assessments or established eligibility procedures.
