Submission of this form is a request, not confirmation of participation or authorization to use the service with students. The educator must obtain any school or district approval and satisfy applicable notice and consent requirements before inviting students to participate.

Before using Morning Check-In, each participating educator must accept the applicable Terms of Service; district authorization may also be required. A request for an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
